Job Description:

Are you fluent in one of the following languages plus a good command (C1 or C2) of English? Czech, Danish, Estonian, French (including Canadian French), German, Indonesian, Italian, Latvian, Norwegian, Swedish, Thai, or Vietnamese? Holding a University Degree is required for most languages, but not mandatory for Estonian and Latvian. If your language is not listed, please do not apply.

For end of July & August start dates, we are looking for candidates with a passion for social dynamics, social media, and popular culture. This opportunity may represent an exciting development in your career.

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to work as AI Safety Annotators and/or Content Moderators for all the Markets listed above. This is a long-term project that will genuinely impact people's lives.

Your role will involve creating, assessing, and improving a large language model, reviewing guidelines, and creating sample prompts and responses in your area of expertise. Note that you will handle SENSITIVE CONTENT, requiring a certain level of maturity and emotional balance.

Responsibilities:
  • Annotate data accurately and consistently in accordance with predefined guidelines;
  • Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and the output of internal tools;
  • Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation;
  • Perform basic research as needed to annotate accurately;
Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a C1 or C2 level of English (both written & spoken) and fluency in one of the following languages: Czech, Danish, Estonian, French (including Canadian French), German, Indonesian, Italian, Latvian, Norwegian, Swedish, Thai, or Vietnamese.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure role in a constantly changing environment;
  • Passion for social media, with enthusiasm, professionalism, assertiveness, and motivation to drive development and improvement;
  • Strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills;

This is a full-time permanent position, requiring full-time work from the South of Dublin Offices, with no hybrid or remote options. Please note that the role involves dealing with sensitive content.

Salary is competitive and includes a performance bonus. Transportation costs are covered with a free shuttle service. Limited day shifts are available for some markets, with plenty of evening shifts (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM) offering attractive salary uplifts. No weekend work is required.
