Duties include:
  • Focus on customer satisfaction by providing the highest food quality, ensuring outstanding attention to detail.
  • Follow the Park Hotel Kenmare kitchen standards of quality, preparation, and recipes.
  • Ensure product consistency in terms of seasonings, portions, and dish appearance.
  • Self-motivate to ensure mis-en-place is prepared for the day ahead.
  • Bring creativity to food presentation and contribute new ideas to menu creation.
  • Maintain good working relationships with the kitchen team and Front of House, ensuring effective communication.
  • Work efficiently under pressure when required.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
  • Possess 1-2 years of pastry experience in a similar environment.
  • Ensure supplies of ingredients and consumables are ordered routinely.
