The OpportunityAre you ready to make a real impact in the hair & beauty industry? We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Conversion Content Lead to join our global team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in scaling our content marketing initiatives across our regions, strengthening our brand and creating content that offers real value to salon and clinic owners in the professional hair, beauty and aesthetics industry.
What You'll DoContent Strategy Development
Work alongside our Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Social Media teams to research and implement a comprehensive content strategy. Your goal will be to increase lead generation and conversion rates, promote brand consistency, and enhance our online presence, ensuring our content resonates deeply with our target audience in the premium salon and aesthetic clinic markets.Content Conversion Optimisation
Take charge of the content across all stages of the customer journey, from initial awareness to final conversion. Ensure each piece of content not only aligns with our brand voice but is strategically optimised to guide potential customers to the next stage effectively. This involves a deep understanding of the customer's needs and preferences at each funnel stage.Full Funnel Content Strategy and Creation
Lead the planning and execution of a content calendar that includes blogs, case studies, and resource guides tailored to support promotional activities across regional marketing teams. You will collaborate closely with sales and product marketing teams to ensure that content topics are timely, relevant, and effectively support the sales cycle.Team Leadership and Project Management
Manage a team of content creators and writers and foster an environment that promotes job satisfaction and continuous improvement. You will delegate tasks effectively, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to our brand's tone of voice. Your role will also involve managing relationships with agency and freelance content creators to maintain quality and consistency.Analytics and Reporting
Own the analytics for content performance, tracking KPIs such as organic visibility, website traffic, and conversion metrics. You'll use this data to make informed decisions about content strategy adjustments, A/B testing, and more to continuously refine our approach and improve results.
2 - 3 years experience in a similar role, including people management. Proven track record in content marketing within tech or beauty industries, with a focus on conversion optimisation.
Experience leading a team of content professionals. Adept at nurturing talent, encouraging creativity, and driving the team towards achieving goals while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Skilled at managing multiple tasks and comfortable delegating, prioritising and managing stakeholders in a busy and fast-paced environment.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to craft compelling content and effectively convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
Skilled in creating comprehensive content strategies that align with business goals and market dynamics.
Excellent at working with cross-functional teams to generate ideas and execute plans.
Strong ability to monitor, analyse, and report on various performance metrics.
Keeps up with industry trends and adapts strategies to maintain competitive edge.
