Our client is one of Ireland's leading Mortgage Advisory Firms, who extend their services past mortgage advice, also supporting clients across Life, Pensions & Investment advice. The Role:

  • Provide Administration Support to a team of Mortgage Advisors
  • Manage a pipeline of Mortgage Applications from AIP through to drawdown
  • Following up on the Loan conditions for closings
  • Fulfilling all conditions for issue of funds
  • Liaising with Mortgage Consultants, Clients, Lenders & Solicitors
  • Ensuring smooth and timely completion of mortgages
  • Ensuring Clients queries are answered and that on-going updates provided, supporting them through the mortgage process
  • Ensuring CRM and Clients files are kept up to date at all times
  • Manage phone calls and emails as necessary

About You:

  • 2+ years' administrative experience within the Mortgage Industry
  • Experience dealing with multiple lenders completion process would be advantageous
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast moving and demanding environment
  • Work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail and be good at multi-tasking
  • Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, use of CRM systems
  • Team player with attention to detail and an ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels on a day-to-day basis
  • Hold the QFA qualification or be working towards same
