Are you an experienced Digital Marketing professional looking for a new challenge? Do you prefer a primarily remote role while being fully in the office?

Our client, a fast-growing, dynamic creative & design agency serving clients from global multinationals to specialized Irish SMEs, is experiencing a significant increase in business. They have engaged us at Cpl to recruit an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive for this newly created, permanent role.

The Role

The successful candidate will report directly to the Creative & Marketing Manager, be heavily involved in digital marketing campaigns and client projects, and help drive the company's continued success.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing social media strategies; creating compelling content; writing and publishing blogs; managing email marketing campaigns; overseeing paid advertising; conducting SEO optimization; preparing KPI and market analytics reports; and supporting senior colleagues and clients.

Skills & Experience Needed
  • Third-level degree in marketing, communications, or digital media; additional relevant qualifications are a plus.
  • At least 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in a creative agency setting.
  • Proven organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong experience with data analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, HubSpot, etc.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Own car and full, clean driving license are essential.
The Offer

This is a permanent position with a salary range and benefits depending on experience, offering excellent opportunities for growth and development.

The role requires a maximum of 1-2 days in the office per week.

Candidates with restricted visas or requiring sponsorship/work permits will not be considered.
