KNOW THE ROLE
Tom Ford Beauty in Dundrum is currently looking for a Specialist to join their team, the role is 30 hours per week, fully flexible, fixed contract with an immediate start. Your duties will include:
SELL THE TOM FORD BEAUTY BRAND
Achieve required retail sales targets; daily, weekly, monthly as set by the Company and communicated by the Counter Manager.Achieve the daily target of new customer recruitment as communicated by the Counter Manager.Utilize Customer Registry system to strengthen customer loyalty and maximize new launches and events through targeted customer communication.DELIVER EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Give prompt, polite and efficient service at all timesAdhere to the Tom Ford Beauty service standards at all timesCommunicate and demonstrate product expertise with every customerPERSONAL GROOMING
Maintain high standard of personal grooming as required by Tom Ford BeautyWear the Tom Ford Beauty uniform and maintain the uniform clean, professional conditionAdhere at all times to Tom Ford Beauty specific makeup guidelinesWear only Tom Ford Beauty products during working hours unless otherwise specifiedEFFECTIVELY AS PART OF A TEAM
Help colleagues and promote team efficiency by being flexible and taking on tasks as requiredCommunicate information to the Counter Manager and colleagues as neededMaintain high standards of time-keeping on the counter to ensure team efficiencyHOUSEKEEPING STANDARDS
Clean counters, tester stands and displays regularly to maintain Tom Ford Beauty brand imageMerchandise the counter according to brand guidelinesAdhere to brand hygiene standards and correct utilization of all selling/demonstration tools and take action to ensure the counter complies with thesePERSONAL GROOMING
Maintain high standard of personal grooming as required by Tom Ford BeautyWear the Tom Ford Beauty uniform and maintain the uniform clean, professional conditionAdhere at all times to Tom Ford Beauty specific makeup guidelinesWear only Tom Ford Beauty products during working hours unless otherwise specifiedCOMPLETE ADMINISTRATION
Complete all administration accurately, legibly and on time – including personal retail sales reporting and any other specific administration that is required by the Counter ManagerCARRY OUT OTHER TASKS
Carry out any other duties as may be required to support the Counter/Business Manager, the Sales & Education Executive and/or the Company from time to timeKNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous beauty/ artistry experience is desirableAll applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer serviceAbility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environmentPrevious experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interviewKNOW HOW WE WORK
