Julius Baer Fund Solutions is an open architecture Fund Management business which provides our clients with best-in-class investment strategies, investment managers and tailor-made fund solutions. What to expect

  1. Agile and entrepreneurial work environment within the Fund Solutions business, a division of Investments & Wealth Management Solutions
  2. Fully integrated cross-border business with focus on creating client value add fund solutions across all asset classes: equity, fixed income, private market, and hedge funds in active management
  3. Proactively prepare and review fund data for integration into all pre and after-sales materials such as PRIIP KIDs, factsheets, full portfolio holdings report, EET, together with external administrators
  4. Responsible for control process and governance for all produced reports and marketing materials to achieve seamless data quality and consistency
  5. Assess, quantify, and manage benchmark and other associated licensing requirements
  6. Engage and build strong relationship with the external vendors which play key roles in our reporting production dissemination
  7. Manage commercial relationship with external relevant data vendors
  8. Contribute to representing Fund Solutions in various internal cross-bank working groups for regulatory changes (SFDR, Mifid, Openfunds, etc.)
  9. Provide client service by responding concisely ad-hoc and continuously to internal queries from stakeholders in respect to fund risk and performance as well as static data
  10. The candidate would be reporting functionally to the Head of Fund Life Cycle Management in Zurich.

YOUR PROFILE

  1. 3-5 years of experience in the fund, finance, or related data management industry
  2. Knowledge on fund data and reporting and their requirements
  3. Excellent technical background in funds, finance, data management, coupled with strong analytical/numerical skills
  4. Superior Excel and Powerpoint skills, Python would be a plus
  5. High standard of quality and accuracy with strong attention to detail
  6. Ability to work cross-border with team members in Zurich and limited local guidance
  7. Capability to work well under-pressure and good in multi-tasking
  8. Always eager to find solutions in any complex scenarios
  9. Knowledge in Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg, FE Fundinfo, Refinitiv or any other system is a plus
  10. Knowledge in regulatory changes as they impact fund data and reporting requirement
  11. Communicative with excellent client service and management skills
  12. Full proficiency in English; German/French/Italian proficiency would be a strong plus
  13. Excellent cross-functional project management and execution skills
  14. Entrepreneurial and humble mindset
  15. Excellent academics
