We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Business Change team to successfully deliver our projects and continuous change delivery plan.
This role will take responsibility for the management and coordination of all business analyst activities from assessing business requirements for change, producing test plans, managing risks, right to implementation of projects and delivery of change within the agreed time scales.
This role requires an experienced Business Analyst with high levels of resilience and a drive as well as an excellent communicator with great attention to detail.
Closely collaborating and developing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be key to success in this position.

- Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum based on your level of experience.

About you
- You have 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst ideally supported by professional qualifications such as ISEB, BCS, etc.
- You have previous experience of User Story based requirements writing.
- Ability to successfully facilitate effective workshops and meetings to achieve desired outcomes is a must.
- At least 3 years' experience working in a project or business change in commercially focused environment.
- Previous experience within the General Insurance industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
- You have an engaging personality with excellent communication (both verbal and written) and relationship building skills.
- You have ability to positively influence stakeholders and members of the project team to continuously drive progress and overcome challenges as required.
- You're able to demonstrate the ability to quickly understand & evaluate business requirements.
- You have ability to prioritise your workload and balance multiple projects as appropriate.
- You have good knowledge of both project and development life cycles and proven experience of delivering change.
