Reporting to the Loss Prevention Manager, the Security Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operations of security to protect and secure the hotel property, guests and employees.

The successful candidate must hold a PAS door & static guard qualification, full clean Irish/EU driver's licence required.

Hospitality or customer facing experience preferrable.

Operational responsibilities:

Manages the daily operation of security.Overseeing access control processesInvestigating and reportsSOP developmentManaging rostering of the day and night teamCarrying out training when requiredManaging lost and foundSupervision and support of both day and night teams
