Stockroom Manager,

We are delighted to be working with our retail client to assist them in sourcing and appointing a suitably experienced, Stockroom Manager to join their team of professionals in the Letterkenny area. They have been established for over a decade and are Irish Owned and operated. They stock some of the most popular and fashion-forward brands and cater to a loyal customer base from near and far.

What's involved?
This person will play a key role in the smooth running of the business.

Role and Responsibilities include:

• To deal with deliveries on a daily basis, maintaining order and tidiness, avoiding damage and preventing stock loss

• To receive, confirm, open boxes and organise merchandise every day in an optimal and systematic manner according to stockroom guidelines

• Organising stock in the stockroom and using initiative to improve ways of managing stock

• To provide support to your colleagues in the store floor, helping with replenishment and making additional orders when necessary

• To be able to deal with individual store requests quickly and efficiently

• To be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy stockroom

• Picking and packing of online orders, ensure the item passes quality control before packaging professionally and sending with designated courier.

• Being a key player in regular stock takes

The ideal candidate;
Are you a team player who is highly motivated and organized, is a vibrant outgoing person, with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills?

• Will have experience in a warehouse environment.

• MUST be highly organised, tidy and able to work well under pressure.

• Have the ability to moves boxes and equipment frequently.

• Have basic computer skills.

• Be able to delegate and give instructions to other team members.

• Should have a good attitude and able to work on own initiative.

• Be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.

• Should be flexible and be able to work weekdays, weekends, early mornings & late evenings.
