What you will be doing?

  • Oversee P&L, deliver budget targets, and manage contract budgets.
  • Provide technical leadership to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, customs, and brokerage procedures.
  • Set and achieve clear goals and objectives for branch activities while retaining and growing the customer base.
  • Build strategic relationships with product management and overseas offices to meet customer service needs.

  • Possess a comprehensive background in the freight forwarding industry, bringing years of relevant experience that contribute to a deep understanding of operational dynamics and market trends.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment that drives productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Highly attuned to customer needs, with the ability to thoroughly understand and anticipate customer requirements to ensure that operational solutions not only meet but exceed their expectations.
  • Proven track record of managing operations in a dynamic and fast-paced distribution environment, adept at handling the pressures and challenges of rapid turnover and high-volume logistics.
  • Skilled in financial oversight and budgetary control, with a strong focus on managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement in operational processes.
