Based in our Navan, Co. Meath office, Unilin Insulation is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to work with Warehouse Manager/Shift Leaders to ensure all Warehouse administration activities are carried out in full and to the highest of standards. #insulationuk

• Proven experience in warehouse administration or a related role.

• Excellent numeric and analytical skills.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Highly motivated with proven ability to work on own initiative.

• High attention to detail.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Package particularly Excel.

• Experience in SAP preferred.

Key Tasks and Duties

• Work within the ethos and standards of the company

• Ensuring all policies and procedures are strictly always adhered to 

• Ensure compliance with business regulations

• Assist in the development and transfer of new processes

• Support a work environment of continuous improvement

• Work with Transport Department and Despatch team 

• Assist where needed in the scheduling and confirming deliveries to customers

• Undertaking of administration duties in the Despatch/Warehouse Departments

• Ensure all activities are documented as required

• Responsible for the administration of all relevant departmental paperwork , Picking List - Delivery Dockets – Goods Inward and Department Returns - Despatch Forklift issues (Reporting) - using the SAP system and Excel Sheets

• Monitoring daily work - Identifying problems and working with Shift Leader/Shift Co-Ordinator's to introduce solutions 

• Monitoring of daily shortages – System checking for product and work with Shift Leader/Shift Co-Ordinator's to prevent customer shortages

• Communicate all relevant issues to the Shift Leader/Shift Co-Ordinator or other departments where needed

• Assist the Warehouse Manager/Shift Leader with any other related duties that may be required

• Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by Unilin Management

• Undertake flexible working hours to meet deadlines, if necessary
