Employment Litigation Consultant

We are seeking a legally qualified Employment Litigation Consultant to join our team in Dublin.

The successful candidate will work with our HR and Employment Law advice teams, delivering high standards of care to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review employment tribunal claims against clients, focusing on the Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court.
  • Support clients in mediation and conciliation matters.
  • Maintain early contact with clients, notifying them of case conduct and advising on instructions.
  • Visit clients at their premises/offices throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland as required.
  • Advise clients on claim merits and prospects of successfully defending claims.
  • Prepare hearing bundles, identify witnesses, and draft witness statements.
  • Correspond with tribunals, claimants' representatives, and clients.
  • Provide regular case updates and prepare reports as necessary.
Person Specification:
  • Third-level qualification in Law, Employment Law, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations.
  • Experience reviewing and processing tribunal claims.
  • Positive approach to workload and teamwork.
  • Client-centric approach to work.
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-manage.
  • Passion for employment law.
  • Full Driving License.
