We are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager / Supervisor. Are you currently working in the hospitality industry in Dublin, and living in Kildare, Carlow, West Wicklow, or South Dublin? Sick of the N7 and M50? We are located just outside the village of Dunlavin, about 10km from Junction 3 on the M9. If you are tired of the long commute, Rathsallagh is an ideal choice.


The business here is 90% event-driven. It’s a 5-day week during high season (March to September), then 3 to 4 days after that. However, you can make up hours even in the low season. We close for Christmas from the 23rd to the 27th inclusive in 2024.


This position would suit a candidate who wants to work in a stress-free environment, with regular hours and foreknowledge of catering requirements, allowing rosters to be planned months in advance.


You must be legally entitled to work in Ireland / the EU to apply for this position.
