Job Responsibilities

  • Bring your skill and passion for retail to constantly evolve how we deliver for our customer.
  • Create a culture of managing risk by being commercially astute, whilst creating a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping and working environment.
  • Be a point of contact for customers and visitors, welcoming and advising them in the store, while remaining vigilant to any potential risks.
  • Support the Store Manager in enhancing the stock loss culture in store, including training the store team, reviewing targeted data, completing risk assessments, and building effective relationships with external agencies.
  • Identify and communicate risks, complete safety and security checks, report information, and act as a deterrent on the shop floor.
  • Ensure Company policies and standards around the store are always adhered to.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a retail environment.
  • Committed to working as part of the store team.
  • Self-motivated and ready to use your initiative.
  • A confident communicator who can build great relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers.
