Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Zorgen voor de financiële administratie en rapportage als financial controller
  • Opstellen van begrotingen, kostprijsberekeningen en de maandelijkse managementrapportages
  • Zorgdragen voor tijdige oplevering van de resultaat- en liquiditeitsbegroting
  • Toezicht houden op liquiditeitsbewaking
  • Dragen van verantwoordelijkheid voor de gehele financiële afdeling (juistheid/volledigheid/tijdigheid)
  • Formuleren en bewaken/rapporteren van de financiële en kwantitatieve doelstellingen op diverse niveaus (prestatie-indicatoren op bedrijfsniveau/afdelings- en functieniveau evenals op het niveau van producten (verkoop) en diensten
  • Aansturen procesoptimalisatie tussen de afdelingen Administratie, Verkoop, Projecten en Service & Onderhoud
  • Houden van toezicht op en het uitvoeren van projectcontroles
  • Vervullen van een sturende en coachende rol binnen de financiële afdeling en erop toezien dat het juiste niveau gehaald wordt. Ook zorg je ervoor dat de interne processen geoptimaliseerd worden

Wat heb je hiervoor nodig?
  • Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Bedrijfseconomie, Finance of Accountancy
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in de functie van controller of vergelijkbaar
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden en in staat zijn te acteren op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie
  • De mentaliteit om de handen uit de mouwen te steken en kansen zien om processen slimmer in te richten
