Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with a leading aviation business searching for a new Accountant to join their busy finance function. This is a growing business offering excellent progression and huge learning exposure.

This role reports into the SVP Finance. You will be responsible for the commercial review of agreements entered into by your client and determining appropriate accounting for same.

This role would suit a newly qualified accountant at Accountant / Manager level in a practice firm, or someone with several years PQE and has a keen interest in aviation.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the trial balance
  • Preparation and posting of accounting journals and other financial transactions in line with deadlines.
  • Management account prep.
  • Preparation of consolidated and/or entity statutory financial statements (end-to-end including active involvement in audit preparation and delivery and liaising directly with auditors and other advisors as required)

Requirements:

  • NQ or 2+ years PQE
  • ACCA/ACA qualified
  • Highly organised and detail orientated
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
