About the Company: Join a globally recognized insurance company at the forefront of innovation. You’ll be working in a state-of-the-art IT center located in a newly renovated, modern building that fosters collaboration and creativity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test plans and test cases.
  • Leverage TestRail for efficient management and documentation of test plans, cases, and results.
  • Use Jira to track and report bugs, ensuring transparent and organized workflows.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to support integration and testing processes within Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Conduct detailed regression testing during various stages of development and pre-release.
  • Provide critical feedback to improve processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Partner with developers to understand and verify logic, utilizing basic C# knowledge.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in manual testing with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in TestRail and Jira – essential for success in this role.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and its integration within CI/CD workflows.
  • Familiarity with C# to understand system logic and support testing efforts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of liaising with technical and non-technical teams effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in insurance or financial services industries is a plus.
  • Exposure to automation tools and frameworks is advantageous.
  • ISTQB or similar certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
