Key responsibilities as Transfer Pricing Director
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their Transfer Pricing strategies are aligned with global standards. You will spearhead business development and marketing efforts, contributing to the firm's expansion across Europe and internationally. Your role will also involve overseeing complex Transfer Pricing engagements globally, handling challenges with expertise. Additionally, you will inspire and lead a talented team, cultivating a culture of excellence, and providing mentorship and training to junior team members, building a cohesive and high-performing unit.

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of specialized Transfer Pricing experience, gained in a large accounting firm, law firm, or multinational corporation. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of leading teams in a consulting environment, setting high standards for excellence. A degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Law is required, along with demonstrated expertise in managing and executing complex Transfer Pricing projects. Experience delivering quality work for multinational clients in established markets is essential, showcasing a strong global outlook.
