What will I be doing? 

As a Self-Employed Holiday Home Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to identify and sign up high-quality properties in high-demand holiday destinations throughout Ireland. You will drive around beautiful parts of Ireland meeting with potential holiday homeowners and developing relationships with local businesses for referral opportunities.  
 
Services required: 

  • Arranging and conducting visits to potential holiday homes 
    • Ensuring each new property is presented in the best possible light - through accurate descriptions and property reference photography 
      • Developing partnerships with local businesses such as estate agents, developers, trades, and cleaning companies 
        • Delivering a continuous pipeline of qualified opportunities through various prospecting means including research, networking, cross-selling and cold calling 
          • Gaining an in-depth understanding of the Shamrock's owner proposition and unique selling points 

What are we looking for?

Ideally, we're looking for: 

  • An understanding of the holiday letting marketplace and knowledge of the local competition and key market drivers 
    • The ability to discuss and recommend a pricing strategy 
      • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently, persuasively, and effectively with owners 
        • Awareness of relevant industry legislation and guidance

This role is for individuals who are results-driven and motivated by the flexibility and independence of being self-employed.; all while earning with a pay-per-visit commission-based structure.
