Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality projects? We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to lead complex projects within the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, playing a crucial role in project execution and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing project execution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop project schedules, cost estimates, and scope of work documentation.
  • Conduct and manage specification reviews to confirm project requirements.
  • Oversee contract terms, change control management, and project reporting.
  • Manage internal and external project meetings, including design reviews and execution planning.
  • Support corporate initiatives, continuous improvement processes, and safety programs.
  • Travel as required to meet project and client needs.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Level 8) in Engineering (Biotech, Chemical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering).
  • 7-10 years of post-graduate experience in an engineering field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project for detailed scheduling.
  • Ability to interpret AutoCAD P&ID drawings.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
