Exciting Opportunity for Finnish Speakers in Dublin Position: Privacy Specialist - Content Moderation, Nordic Market Start Date: 5th August 2024 Location: Dublin, Ireland Join our team working for an American multinational technology giant renowned for its dominance in internet-related services and products. This company is known for its search engine, online advertising technologies, cloud computing, software, and hardware, and is recognized as one of the world's most powerful and valuable brands. Your Role as a Privacy Specialist As a Privacy Specialist, you'll enforce policies for our client's products by analyzing and processing privacy requests under European Law. You'll review requests from lawyers and private individuals, handle user privacy requests across different workflows, and make sound decisions based on client guidelines. This role demands a keen thirst for knowledge, impeccable judgment, and comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Review and process privacy requests through online tools.Ensure the validity of each request in line with client policies.Stay updated with policy changes through our Training and Quality Departments.Collaborate with policy specialists on regulatory inquiries.Maintain high quality in case reviews.Meet weekly productivity targets.Collaborate on projects to enhance internal efficiency.Develop skills in data, tools, and quality assessment.Support various workflows/products/markets as needed, including the English market. Training and Working Hours Training: Duration: 3 weeks, 8 hours per day.Includes integration into the team, training on new software, comprehensive product training, and customer management training for chat and email contact. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00.Flexible start times between 07:00 and 09:00. Contract Details Contract: Fixed-term contract for 12 months, with a potential extension for another 12 months.
