Tax Acountant

Salary: EUR65000 - EUR70000 per annum + Bonus, Health Insurance, Hybrid Model

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Accountant to join their dynamic team in Dublin City. This role offers an attractive salary and the opportunity to work with a global financial institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tax reporting and compliance for entities based in the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities of the Tax Accountant Job:

• Provide tax reporting and compliance for entities based in the UK and Ireland
• Work alongside other UK and Toronto based Finance teams
• Assist with the tax notes for all the UK & Irish entities
• Prepare all journal entries relating to corporation tax and VAT
• Calculate and ensure all tax payments are made on timely basis

Requirements of the Tax Accountant Job:

• Working knowledge of UK or Irish corporate tax
• Working knowledge of VAT, particularly partial exemption for financial services
• Outstanding analytical skills with an inquisitive mindset
• Proven organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire other team members
