Broadgate has partnered up with a growing Financial Services organization on the search for a Governance Project Associate.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills and VBA to support project management and GRC activities, including data analysis, reporting, and tracking key deliverables.
  • Develop and implement automated solutions to enhance efficiency in compliance, risk management, and governance processes.
  • Coordinate and oversee project workflows, ensuring timely completion within budgets while adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Monitor project progress by analyzing data, identifying risks, and providing actionable insights to enhance decision-making.
  • Assist in designing and implementing frameworks, policies, and processes to strengthen governance, risk, and compliance strategies.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, fostering professional relationships and staying updated on regulatory trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in project or change management within Financial Services, ideally Trading or Investment Banking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, VBA, Macros) is an absolute must
  • The ideal candidate will also have experience in governance, risk, and/or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of legal regulations and frameworks (e.g., IAF/SEAR).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
