Job Description

We are seeking to fulfill the role of a Delivery Lead, with extensive project management experience to support our client on the delivery of an exciting Offshore project.

Responsible for leading the development and delivery of complex multi Offshore and Onshore Packages.  Responsible for leading the definition, development, interface and delivery and successful completion of complex multi-packages safely, to managing time, budget and quality and KPI's. Take ownership of delivering the programme, successfully integrating multiple EPC Contracts into a well-functioning, collaborative outcome. Provide coaching, guidance, support, direction and leadership to the teams. Extensive contract management experience throughout the life cycle the project, including contract change management and contract claim management using industry standard forms (FIDIC, LOGIC, NEC etc.) Build, maintain and manage close relationships with internal Key stakeholders including government departments, communities and company executive team. Lead on commercial, and contractual matters, in close collaboration with commercial, procurement and legal departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or qualification in Engineering /Project Management or equivalent. Chartered in a relevant profession/discipline. 15+ years of demonstrated experience in project managementof multi-Packages in an Offshore Wind environment. Strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills at management and operational levels. Willingness to travel when required within Ireland.
