Job Description

We are looking for a Team Lead for our gorgeous Avoca in Kildare Village store on a full-time permanent basis to assist the management team in Kildare Village.

Duties of the Team Lead include opening and closing duties of the Avoca Kildare Village store, assisting with day-to-day running of the store and supporting the management team in a variety of different ways. The Team Lead's responsibilities include cash handling, cash reconciliation, assisting in running the daily employee breaks, customer service queries and supporting the management team in various different capacities. The ideal candidate should have experience within the food industry and have a proven track record of seeking responsibility.

Responsibilities

       Opening and/or Closing duties of Avoca Kildare Village

       Cash Handling

       Cash Reconciliation

       Customer Service queries including dealing with complaints

       Ordering processes for the store

       Provide general support to the management team

       Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

       Proven track record of seeking responsibility

       Excellent customer service skills

       Attention to detail and problem solving skills

       Reliable and flexible in their approach to work

       Previous experience in a similar role an advantage
