Duties Include:

  • Preparing vehicles for paintwork by ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned and degreased
  • Masking vehicles in preparation for paintwork, taking care to protect surrounding areas from overspray
  • Removing existing paint and corrosion using specialized equipment and techniques
  • Polishing to remove defects from vehicle paintwork, restoring a smooth and even finish
  • Mixing the correct paint to apply to vehicles, adhering to Manufacturer/ Insurer standards and requirements
  • Applying paint products correctly and to a high standard, ensuring a durable and long-lasting finish
  • Observing all relevant Health & Safety procedures at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter with previous experience working in a body shop or accident repair environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Spray Painter, preferably in a body shop or accident repair environment
  • Understanding of the vehicle refurbishment process, including inspection, disassembly, repair, and reassembly
  • Proven previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and management
  • Able to work on own initiative, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Full Driving License and good standard of written and spoken English

Location:

We are located in Dublin 15, within 45 minutes of Navan Road. We require candidates to be available to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends, as required.

Note:

Only candidates with clear previous experience will be considered for this position. A competitive salary will be offered, depending on experience.
