Legal Counsel – Pharma, PLC, Dublin based, perm.
If you are 5+ years PQE with a combination of private practice and in-house experience in a large multinational and/or PLC, a new opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel to join a relatively lean Legal team in Dublin West. This role will suit a candidate who is comfortable in a stand alone role and can work very autonomously, reporting directly into the G.C and interact closely with senior leadership teams. The role has a commercial contracts focus, so experience across this is needed along with being commercial and solutions focused.
Managing various legal projects Advising on and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and supporting the development and implementation of legal templates. Driving execution of these agreements in an efficient manner Advising internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal, corporate and compliance issues, disputes and any other legal matters that arise in the day-to-day operation of the business. Assisting with the roll-out of a Group-wide contract management system to streamline the contracting process across the Group.This a busy role which will suit an ambitious candidate who is also looking for career growth and somewhere to commit to over the coming years – the business are in a high growth phase and consequently, there will be further opportunity for the successful candidate. Perm role, hybrid, anticipated 3 to 4 days on site in Dublin West. Salary doe plus strong benefits and can be discussed with interested candidates.
