About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator (MCP Certified) to join our client's IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols, ensuring system integrity and data protection.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular updates, backups, and maintenance.
  • Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and system upgrades.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Key Requirements:
  • MCP Certification (Microsoft Certified Professional) is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT Systems Administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Experience with network configuration, firewalls, and security best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • ITIL certification or experience in IT service management frameworks.
