Key Responsibilities

• Section Management: Oversee a designated station within the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared to perfection.
• Food Preparation: Execute recipes with precision, maintaining high standards for presentation and taste.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all ingredients and finished dishes meet our strict quality and hygiene standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sous chefs and other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth, efficient operation.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Assist with stock management, portion control, and minimizing food waste.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Compliance: Uphold all safety, health, and sanitation regulations in the kitchen.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Culinary Skills: Strong proficiency in modern cooking techniques, plating, and recipe execution.
• Education: Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
