Our client is a leading registered consulting engineering practice specializing in mechanical and electrical building services engineering.

Position: Senior Revit/AutoCAD Technician

You will play a crucial role in the design and development of mechanical and electrical systems for various projects. Utilizing your expertise in AutoCAD and Revit software, you will create detailed drawings, schematics, and plans that adhere to industry standards and client specifications.

Working closely with our engineering team, you will contribute to the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Producing accurate and detailed drawings using Revit/AutoCAD, including mechanical and electrical layouts, schematics, and plans.
  2. Collaborating with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical drawings.
  3. Ensuring drawings comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
  4. Conducting clash detection analysis and providing solutions to optimize coordination between disciplines.
  5. Revising and updating drawings based on stakeholder feedback.
  6. Maintaining organized documentation of drawings and project files.
  7. Supporting the project team with technical assistance and solutions as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a BIM & CAD Technician within a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Design.
  • Revit/CAD certification.
  • Previous experience as a Revit/CAD Technician.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for CAD implementation.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Package:

Salary €45k - €55k, negotiable for the right candidate.
