We are currently recruiting for a Head of Finance to join our team.
Job Title: Head of Finance
Contract: Permanent
Location: National Office, Dunshane Community, Naas, Co Kildare (Hybrid)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: €76,152.00 - €98,835.00 per annum
As Head of Finance, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a committed team. We offer a competitive salary, and you will have access to collaborative and learning work within a leading national organisation.
The primary purpose of the role is to support the CEO and Board of Management in CCoI to ensure financial compliance and accountability in respect of the financial business of CCoI in its entirety. The post holder will undertake a leadership role as a member of the Senior Management Team.
What You Will Need- A fully qualified registered accountant (Essential)
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role (Essential)
- A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (Desirable)
- Proven experience of participation at senior management/board level of an organisation (Essential)
- Demonstrable experience of managing substantial resource allocation and budget management (Essential)
- Experience of negotiation with external stakeholders around funding levels and service level arrangements, e.g. HSE (Desirable)
- Experience of resource management in a large values-based organisation (Essential)
- Experience in driving change across a large organisation in establishing and embedding new systems and processes (Essential)
