What do you need?

·Fluent near-native level (C1/C2) of Danish (written and oral) and Fluent English (C1)

·High school diploma (STX, HHX, HTX, HF or another equivalent leaving certificate)

·Recent work experience and professional understanding of customer service

·Able to work in a team and team & personal related target

What is going to be your task?

·Responding to clients via phone, e-mail, or web tickets

·Deliver B2B service to customers who directly contacted you

·Providing an excellent experience of support to the customers
