We're looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to help scale our industry-leading platform in the UK & Ireland and expand internationally.This role involves working closely with designers and product managers to create a seamless user experience.You'll be part of a tight-knit team of engineers in a flat structure where ideas are valued.

What We're Looking For:2+ years of Ruby on Rails experience (this is a firm requirement).Strong Fullstack Rails development experience, with a focus on modern UI development.Proficiency with Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus.Able to work well in a collaborative, high-ownership environment.
