We are looking for a Customer Service Representative at our Knock Branch to work as part of our dynamic and fast-paced team, reporting into the Branch Manager. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in an environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world-class customer-facing service at every stage of the rental process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service while identifying and prioritising customer needs.
- Make knowledgeable recommendations when advising and selling optional extras to the customer according to their needs.
- Address all customer needs with professionalism and confidence.
- Respond to all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Close rental agreements for returning customers.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Your Skills:
- Ability to meet set targets.
- Team player with excellent presentation, customer service, and IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communicator with attention to detail and engaging personality.
- Some automotive fleet or technical experience is an advantage.
- Customer-focused background with a natural sales ability.
- Team player with excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A full clean B driver's license required; minimum 2 years driving experience.
- Fluent English is a must, both written and verbal; a second language is advantageous.
- 40-hour working week Monday to Saturday, with Saturday work required.
