We are currently recruiting for Full-time and Part-time positions for our Adult Community Based Mental Health Residential service in North Dublin. Our aim is to deliver personalized care tailored to the individual's needs, nurturing their independence and community integration, in their journey towards a healthy and fulfilling life.

General Job Description:

The successful candidates will be dedicated and highly motivated; they will possess high levels of competence and will demonstrate this through their qualification and some experience in meeting regulatory requirements, best practice standards, and an understanding of the varied needs of each individual. The role is to support individuals in developing self-care and independent living skills while helping them to develop the capacity and opportunity to grow.

Requirements:

  • Candidates for the Social Care Worker must have a minimum QQI LEVEL 7 qualification in Health Care and/or Social Care or relevant equivalency.
  • Knowledge of best practice in Residential Centres.
  • Proficient communication skills, IT skills, report writing, and planning skills.
  • This post is subject to Garda clearance.
  • A full driving licence is mandatory.
  • Candidates must have a deep commitment to each individual's rights and protection and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
  • Legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
