Our client is a growing Renewable Energy Company based in the City Centre. Due to pure growth, they are looking to hire a Financial Accountant to join their team.

The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualified and has 1-3 years PQE. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a growing organisation with a start-up mentality. It is a great chance to get exposure to a broad financial accountant role. Experience in Renewable Energy, Real Estate, FS, or leasing would be a big benefit but not required.

The Role:
  • Managing the day-to-day finance functions, including reviewing the reconciliation of all bank accounts and oversight of intercompany transactions.
  • Preparation and review of month-end reporting process and accounts.
  • Production of consolidated monthly management accounts together with supporting financial analysis and commentary.
  • Contribution to internal and external reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA with 1-3 years PQE
  • Exposure to management accounts preparation through to consolidation across multiple jurisdictions is extremely desirable
  • High level of technical accounting competency and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to progress in their career and gain more management accounting and reporting experience within a growing renewable energy company. Experience in property/infrastructure/construction/utilities/telecom/renewable energy/Leasing would be very relevant.
