Breakfast Server

Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort are looking for Breakfast Servers to join the team.

We require team members who are focused on customer care & enjoy ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied.

Full and Part Time roles are available. (A mix of Midweek & Weekend Availability is essential)

Full Training to Provide for the following Responsibilities:

1. To greet and serve guests in accordance with Resort standards in a gracious and professional manner as trained.
2. Display excellent hospitality through positive personality with both guests and fellow team members.
3. Take pride in all facets of service, to include quality, appearance, cleanliness, for self and the food and beverage outlet.

1. To provide excellent customer service.
2. Work as part of a team to ensure all guests of the resort leave happily.
3. Handle guests requests and fulfill them as quickly as possible.
4. Follow safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
5. Maintain cleanliness and neatness of work areas.

1. Ability to multitask.
2. Flexible and willing to work a general 8am-2pm shift pattern. (A mix of Midweek & Weekend Availability is essential)
3. Provide quality performance at a fast pace.
4. Particular attention to hygiene and maintaining cleanliness.
5. Fluent spoken and written English.
