What We're Looking for:

In this role you will design, develop, and implement content models, architecture, maps, taxonomies, and metadata for technical and client-facing business units to ensure flexible and accessible content according to customer needs. You will create and curate documentation design for multiple products in the (AI-technical content) space, leading a team to create various types of content to ensure customer adoption, growth, and success. You should be a people leader, skilled at fostering alignment and consensus among stakeholders and empowering people to bring their best work.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 7+ years experience in technical content development and delivery
• Strong strategic planning experience, including documentation development and architecture
• Leadership experience, management, and/or owning complex initiatives
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to empower cross-functional teams with positive outcomes
• Strategic thinker with a proven record of data-driven results thinking and approach to decision making
• Degree educated in English, Technical Writing, or Rhetoric
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and processes and LLM solutions
• Experience with source control software (GitHub, etc.)
• Experience with clinical trials, medical authoring/editing, science writing, and FDA guidelines for technical communication
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, Aha, Agile processes and software planning tools.

What You Will Do:

• Create the information architecture for our content to enable use and re-use
• Design and implement information maps and models that integrate content into the overall structure to improve semantic value and taxonomy
• Organize and create efficient taxonomies, namespaces, and search schemas
• Work with teams to identify and resolve documentation development issues
• Work with IT on system architecture to recommend modification to content workflows and operations where appropriate
• Seek and recommend cutting-edge tooling and processes when needed while remaining lean and cost-effective
• Measure performance and customer satisfaction, adjusting team strategy and operations based on data analysis, research, and feedback
• Communicate easily and regularly with leadership, stakeholders, and customers in a variety of settings
• Drive innovation, inspire team members, and encourage a growth mindset
• Recruit, hire and lead new team members as we grow our team
