The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

  • Manage a territory selling directly to SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) customers and achieve and exceed agreed sale targets.
  • Journey planning to maximise efficiency within your assigned territory.
  • Face to face selling to decision makers and completing applications accurately on behalf of the customer.
  • Represent CPM and Vodafone in a consistently professional manner.
  • Competent IT Skills to report daily activity in field. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Brilliant with customers and enjoy finding the best solutions for their needs.
  • Work on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve your sales performance.
  • F2F sales experience working to KPI’s.
  • Good with Tech. If you love it then that’s a bonus
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle.

Requirements

  • Full driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Strong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Work on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve sales performance.
  • Positive mindset interacting with customer, colleagues and client.
  • Teamwork orientated individual able to share best practice and add to positive team dynamic.
  • Strong analysis and judgement skills to prioritise and focus on best opportunities.
  • Self-motivation and drive to deliver consistent results.
  • Demonstrate a belief in the importance of the customer and a willingness to meet and exceed customer expectation.
  • F2F sales experience within the Telecoms market desirable.
  • Understanding of the Vodafone portfolio and wider telecoms market.
  • Awareness of the Irish Business Arena at local and national levels to maintain pipeline.
  • Experience with a CRM tool.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create and build positive customer relationships.
  • Strong written skills for preparing proposals to customers and feedback to management/client.
