Are you our next MS Dynamics Functional Architect who will support in building customer solutions and propositions?

Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

Grade: Manager/Associate Director

Contract type: Permanent

Your key responsibilities as part of the team:

You will act as a functional expert for Dynamics, aligning with our Customer Experience consulting teams and wider Power Platform and Dynamics engineering teams.

Provide deep technical expertise and support in Solution Development & go-to-market. proposition shaping, focused on all aspects of Power Platform.

Liaise with both consulting and technical teams, acting as the bridge between teams to develop powerful and tailored solutions for clients.

Your experience, skills, and capabilities:

Deep MS Dynamics Platform knowledge with a focus on Customer Service, Customer Experience and/or Contact Centre improvements and solutions.Capability to analyse, diagnose and understand organisation's customer's practices and reflect their requirements to architect and development teams as needed.Ability to translate discovered information into a clear functional process.Ability to influence, suggest, and optimise client requirements, based on your knowledge of the D365 product capabilities and limitations. Ability to run workshops, develop prototypes, and test market needs. Strong problem solver and excellent communicator.Consulting experience is essential.Your team:
