Contracts Manager – West of Ireland

We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team in the West of Ireland In this role, you’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation) projects in the water and wastewater sector.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Manage project delivery from tender to completion
  2. Lead and mentor a team of engineers
  3. Oversee budgets, procurement, and commercial aspects
  4. Ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and within budget
  5. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  6. Drive innovation and off-site manufacturing solutions
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Experience in project management (MEICA preferred)
  2. Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
  3. Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
  4. Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment is a plus
  5. Full clean driving licence
