As a Skilled Butcher with their Limerick team, you will be preparing high-quality, locally sourced meat and poultry, as well as creating artisanal fresh food offerings. If you are a skilled butcher with experience boning, cutting and trimming meat, this is the perfect job for you.

The responsibilities of a Skilled Butcher include

Upholding HACCP and Food Safety requirements, to the highest possible standards Receiving, inspecting, and storing meat and meat products upon delivery Providing engaging and professional customer service Preparing eye-catching displays of fresh merchandise Operating food production equipment Managing stock rotation and inventory Boning, trimming and cutting meat
