As our Marketing & Communications Lead you are responsible for defining, overseeing and managing our annual marketing and communications strategy, plans and campaigns. Together with your team you will execute a wide array of marketing-related activities to ensure our brand's message is in line with the company goals. You'll lead areas including content marketing, our website, developing, and tracking marketing programs and supporting key departments like our strategic partnerships team.

Companjon INSURTECH100 ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWhat you will do as Marketing & Communications Lead in CompanjonStrategic Leadership: Develop and drive a comprehensive global marketing and communication strategy aligned with the company's vision, business objectives, and market positioning. Lead the marketing team in executing strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and market expansion on an international scale.Global Brand Management: Oversee the creation, management, and evolution of Companjon's brand across all markets. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning through all marketing and communication channels.International Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage high-impact international marketing campaigns. Leverage data-driven insights to tailor strategies maximizing global reach and engagement.Event Strategy and Execution: Lead the planning, organization, and execution of high-profile global events, including conferences and partner events. Ensure these events align with the company's marketing objectives and deliver measurable results.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the marketing department and key stakeholders, including Strategic Partnerships Team, and international partners. Ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies and initiatives across all levels of the organizationDigital Transformation: Spearhead the continuous development of digital marketing strategies, including website optimization, and social media presence ensuring all digital channels reflect the company's global ambitions.Analytics and Optimization: Implement robust tracking, measurement, and analysis of all marketing activities. Utilize analytics to derive actionable insights, optimize campaign performance, and inform strategic decision-making.Team Development and Management: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team is equipped to meet the dynamic needs of a global market.QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSWhat you will need to succeedA Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent blend of education and extensive professional experience. Additional qualifications in international business or digital marketing are highly advantageous.Relevant experience in marketing leadership roles within the digital economy, eCommerce, or technology-driven sectors. A strong background in steering marketing strategies in startup environments and scaling businesses in global markets.Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth, brand recognition, and customer engagement on a global scale. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and implement initiatives that align with overarching business goals.Deep understanding of international markets, consumer behaviors, and digital trends. Expertise in tailoring marketing campaigns and communication strategies to diverse regional and cultural contexts.Expertise in leveraging cutting-edge marketing technologies, tools, and platforms.
