Qualifications Needed:
  1. At least 6 years of experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks in plumbing design.
  2. Strong knowledge of NYC plumbing codes, means, and methods.
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently.
  4. Proficient in creating detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD designs.
  5. Experience with clash detection using Navisworks.
  6. Hands-on experience with High Rise residential project designs.
  7. Capable of generating detailed shop drawings and clear RFIs.
  8. Skilled in remote meeting technologies (WebEx/Go To).
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  11. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
  12. Fluent English required, for effective communication with industry professionals.
