About the Role

As a Healthcare / Nurse Assistant, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care according to residents' care plans.
  • Understand residents' needs and provide companionship.
  • Assist with mobility and personal hygiene, ensuring dignity.

Contract & Benefits

Requirements:

  • Must possess EU citizenship and be in Italy to interview in person on specified dates.
  • QQI Level 5 or equivalent i.e. Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant, Nurse Assistant, Social Care, Special Needs, Nursing Care Technician, Technician in Care for People, Support Worker, Psychology, and/or Nurse qualifications.
  • Experience in elderly care is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and observation skills.
  • A professional, caring, and compassionate nature.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
