CNM III- Emergency Department

We are Hiring a CNM III - Emergency Department for our Hospital client in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the delivery of nursing care to all patients treated within the department.
- To work with the Assistant Director of Nursing, the nursing staff and the ED Consultant Group on the development of the nursing strategy and ensure its implementation in the Emergency department.
- Provide leadership in the continual enhancement of nursing practices, service delivery and staff education relevant to the Emergency Department.
- Ensure the effective implementation of agreed Service Plans including the execution of corrective programming where necessary for all staff grades within the ED.
- Pro-actively monitor the performances of all budgets within the department and respond appropriately to budgeting queries.
Requirements- Must have an Emergency Department Nursing Level 9 NFQ Post Graduate Diploma (or its equivalent) or be enrolled in this program at this time. (crucial)
- Possess five years of experience working in an acute setting after registering.
- Be listed on the NMBI's general section of the nursing registry (important)
- Should at least two years of experience working in an emergency room. (crucial)
- Possess a minimum of one year of management experience, which is necessary.
- Have finished a management training course (preferred)
- Possess demonstrated clinical and professional skills
- Possess strong IT abilities and be adept at using all pertinent apps.
