Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst with experience in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with a deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures and production processes. This role will support the Finance team by providing insightful analysis to improve operational efficiency, optimize cost management, and assist in strategic decision-making within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  1. Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CIMA are preferred.
  2. Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience as a Finance Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Cost Analyst in a manufacturing environment.
    • Proven track record of working with cost structures, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in manufacturing.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production costing, and inventory management.
    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills (including financial modeling and pivot tables).
