Applications are invited for a temporary part-time plus 12 months panel post of an HR Executive Assistant within the UCD Resourcing, HR Services Directorate.
Working hours: The role is part-time, ideally spread across five days with shifts in the mornings or afternoons. Flexibility in hours is available.
The HR Executive Assistant will be a member of the UCD Human Resources Services Directorate, working within the Resourcing Team.
This customer-focused role involves providing advice and guidance to staff and managers on HR policies and procedures. Candidates must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail. Proven communication, administrative, and organizational skills are essential. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Services directorate, supporting efficient team operation, project work, and other duties as directed by the Head of Resourcing.
Salary Scale: €31,714 - €47,950 per annum, pro-rata.
Closing date: 12:00 noon (Irish local time) on 2nd May 2025.
Interview date: 13th May 2025.
