Dublin, Dublin City, Ireland AssuranceLab Full time
About AssuranceLab

In 2017, AssuranceLab rapidly emerged as a dependable tech-enabled audit firm trusted by startups, tech unicorns and large global companies worldwide. We assist clients in achieving a variety of compliance certifications. Our objective when founding AssuranceLab was to develop a new and better way of conducting audits. Our mission is to promote trust, growth, and better company practices with audits.

We do audits differently. Our in-house AI Audit software and innovative audit process remove the typical audit headaches for our team and clients. Our tech-driven approach allows us to work remotely and flexibly and manage audit clients around the world from our Australian base. AssuranceLab was founded to meet the modern world's trust requirements, which include adhering to global cybersecurity standards, protecting consumers' privacy rights, and expanding our footprint in environmental, social, and governance (ESG).

We're on a path of expansion, having set up in Ireland this year, and we invite you to join us on our journey.

About the Role

Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing and managing a growing portfolio of audit clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and clients' objectives. You will collaborate with clients, address their audit and regulatory requirements, and provide strategic advice on process improvements and best practices. With your strong technical expertise, project management skills, and customer-centric approach, you will contribute to the growth and success of our audit services while upholding our company values.

AssuranceLab, a Sydney-based Trust and compliance start-up, is expanding the team in Ireland to meet the growing demand for IT, Data, and ESG audit services in Europe. We are seeking multiple highly skilled and experienced Consultants to join our hybrid services team. As a Consultant, you will work closely with our team in Australia to deliver exceptional services for our growing number of SaaS-based clients. You will play a vital role in leading and developing our audit services team globally.

If you are a driven professional with excellent leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional audit services, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

  2. Apply your knowledge and technical understanding of the standards and services AssuranceLab provides to all audit engagements.
  3. Manage and lead client engagements using your effective project management and work prioritisation skills.
  4. Apply problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities to identify and suggest new process improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Independently prioritise own workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  6. Exhibit advanced written and verbal communication skills, effectively conveying complex information to clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Build strong client relationships, fostering trust and confidence in AssuranceLab's services without significant support.
  8. Design and execute proactive, customer-centric client communications independently, ensuring effective and timely updates and information sharing.
  9. Demonstrate leadership abilities by leading and coaching consultants, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and development.
  10. Embody AssuranceLab values, promoting and upholding the company's culture in all interactions and engagements.

How to apply

We value each and every candidate who expresses interest in our roles, and we would love to personally contact everyone. However, please understand that our hiring team is small and we have limited capacity to personally respond to every application. If you are a good fit for the position, you will hear from us to set up a 15-30 minute intro call to learn more about you and confirm your interest.

After the phone screen, our interview process involves an interview with the hiring team via Google Meet. If you are not successful following this initial interview, you'll receive feedback on the reasons why you've not progressed. The final step in our recruitment process is a further discussion with some of our team members and co-founders to confirm your suitability. From there, we will discuss your job offer, pending reference checks.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We think having a diverse and inclusive workforce is crucial, and we value every voice that adds to our team. We actively work towards eliminating any unconscious bias in our recruitment process because we believe everyone should have an equal opportunity to join us.

If you think you'd fit right in with us, we'd love to hear from you#J-18808-Ljbffr
